Megan Jones was simply destined to walk a creative path. Growing up in the presence of a long line of prolific creatives, she drew from a constant flow of inspiration.

Finding her vision in nature and incorporating her love of animals, Megan’s work is fresh and intuitive. Her response and reaction to the blend of paint, canvas, and gravity results in an innovative and organic approach. Her unique style to the intimate interpretation of a beloved family pet is layered in rich and warm hues, and yet playfully presented.

Megan graduated in 2005 from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a BFA in drawing and painting, and eventually headed to the northwest, where she remains moved and inspired by the lush landscapes of Oregon.
